C Below potholed 10 locations at various destinations of the Wilshire Bus Rapid Transit Project. C Below’s Project Engineer constructed City-approved Traffic Control plans that were utilized by the technicians in the field to ensure safety and efficiency.

We also attained all appropriate permits from the City. C Below was able to verify locations of water, electric, and gas lines, after which we provided a Pothole Report of the findings.
