C Below worked with C.W. Driver to Survey, Map, and Report all of the existing underground utilities on the entire site of Qualcomm Headquarters. 

The technology used was Ground Penetrating Radar, Utility Locating equipment, and Potholing. Extra consideration was considered for the sensitivity of the site, and the fiber optic lines through the out-of-scope work. 

The client also received a CAD Drawing of the findings throughout the process of our work. At the conclusion of the Utility Investigation, C Below worked with the client to determine how many lines required Potholing to determine the information they needed.
