Harbor Scenic Drive

C Below was part of the design team for Harris & Associates that included a complete utility investigation of an extremely congested area of Harbor Scenic Drive. The project spanned a total of 3 miles over all lanes of the roadway.

C Below worked off-hours and provided traffic control to maintain a safe work environment for our technicians. C Below saved the Port of Long Beach approximately $58,000.00 by not having to Pothole every line.

Non-destructive methods were used in place of potholing to determine the horizontal and vertical locations of the lines.
